Beeline

Beeline

This one’s for all you cyclists out there. Beeline is “bike navigation made simple.” Pop it on your handlebars and you’re good to go.

Beeline is simple and sleek. It sports a basic black & white (weather & waterproof!) display that’s customizable among several riding modes. You can program a route using the Beeline app for iOS and Android or you can ride with just a simple compass. Either way the interface is minimal, providing just the information you need for the ride.

And Beeline isn’t just for navigation, either. You also have the option to toggle through other data like speed, ride time, distance, clock — even the battery level on your connected smartphone and the Beeline unit itself (which should last for four weeks under regular use and months on standby).

I know advanced cyclists ride with more powerful computers on their bikes, but Beeline seems like the kind of tech that’s meant to benefit both veteran and novice riders alike.

You can buy Beeline for $139.
